The Australian Classification Board (ACB) is now banning depictions of small-breasted women in adult publications and films.
Under this act, a 30 year old woman could potentially be arrested in Australia for posting a topless photo IF she has small breasts. If the woman should have large enough breasts (not specified by the government) it is OK.
