The dream of a "rainbow nation" that is beyond race looks to be shattered. The new South African president wants to force White farmers off their land without compensation. Other African politicians are calling for the murder of the White citizens.
So much for "civic" nationalism.
And South Africa continues to receive over one thousand million dollars a year in 'aid' from Western nations.
